Sentai Filmworks Certifies Anime Hero Mask for Home Video Setout

On Thursday it was declared by Sentai Filmworks that it has obtained home video rights for the original anime series Hero Mask by Studio Pierrot globally except in Asia.

In December 2018 the primary season of the anime premiered on Netflix with 15 episodes. In August 2019 the subsequent season premiered with nine episodes. The authorized English website of the show explains the story in the following manner:

Presently there’s a secretive Mask before James Blood, and the man behind it is one that shouldn’t exist. What is the secret encompassing this mask…?

So starts an activity stuffed wrongdoing story set in a wonderful city!

Last July the anime broadcast in Japan for the first time beginning on Tokyo MX.

The director and scriptwriter was Hiroyasu Aoki and he was also supervisor of the series composition. The designer of characters is Takahisa Katagiri, for the art setting Katsuya Yamada was ascribed, and the art director were Takashi Nakamura and Yuki Sonoda. The remaining team members worked on both of the seasons as well except for the primary season episode director and storyboarder Sōichi Shimada.

Last July a follow up manga was commenced by Wakaiki based on the anime on the LINE Manga app and the manga is named Hero Mask: A lost memory.
