On Wednesday it was disclosed by this year’s sixth issue of Shueisha’s Grand Jump magazine that on April 2 a new follow up magazine Captain Tsubasa of the Grand Jump will be commenced which will center on the franchise Captain Tsubasa. The new magazine will comprise of a new manga, also featuring follow up one-shots when it will dispatch every other month.

The length of the primary issue will be 148 pages. Also in addition to the manga it will include interviews, will give details related to games and merchandise, and will pack themed bonus items.

Manga Captain Tsubasa: Rising Sun soccer by Yōichi Takahashi will be moved to the Captain Tsubasa Magazine and will be begun with the 103rd chapter.
