The distributor of America, Aniplex has recently announced that the most awaited and loved series NISEKOI will be available on Blu-ray on 28th April, 2020. The set has all episodes of season 1 and season 2 including the unreleased episodes of OVA. The set also contain the original cover art which is illustrated by Nobuhiro Sugiyama (Character Designer and Chief Animation Director of the series). In addition to that it also has opening and endings without texts and a booklet with the visuals of different publications and events
The romantic comedy series has been popular among fans since it aired in 2014. All credit goes to the Akiyuki Shimbou (Chief Director and Executive Director) for his amazing work and the renowned studio SHAFT for the this great animation production. The series is the adaptation of manga by Naoshi Komi that featured in Weekly Shonen of SHUEISHA JUMP magazine. It follows the story of high school students, Raku Ichijo, inheritor of yakuza family, and Chitoge Kirisaki who is the daughter of their enemy and a gang leader. They start a false relationship to end the rivalry between their families.
