On Monday it was declared on the Twitter account of the manga maker Shūzō Oshimi that he is going to illustrate a new one shot manga named Kusakabe-san when on Friday the rehabilitated adaptation was opened by Futabasha of its Web Comic Action website as Web Action. A sketch was also disclosed by Shūzō along with the declaration.
On April 9 a new manga named Okaeri Alice was commenced by Shūzō in the Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine.
In English the manga The Flowers of Evil was issued by Shūzō by Vertical. In 2013 a television anime series was made based by the manga and in September a live action movie version based on the manga was released. In March 2017 a live action series version was made based on the manga Inside Mari by Shūzō and in 2009 a live action series was made based on his manga Drifting Net Café. In 2014 a ive action movie was made based on his manga Sweet Poolside.
In February 2015 the manga Happiness was commenced by Shūzō in the Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine and in March 2019 it was concluded. The manga is being issue in English. The manga Blood on the Tracks by Shūzō is also being issue by Vertical.
In July it was declared by manga publisher Denpa that it is going to set out the manga Shino Can’t Say Her Name by Shūzō. In July 2018 a live action movie was released based by the manga in Japan.
