Episode 7 can be summarized into two sections, the riled up stress, preparations and proceeding to operation. The beginning of the episode concentrates on the riled up stress and preparations. The impatience of the work-study students and all the investigations the pro-heroes are doing to learn the hide out of Eri. Thought the most interesting scene of the entire episode was the chat between Izuku, Lida and Todoroki during the recess break. From comedic, friendship and emotional perspective this scene was splendid in every possible way.
Todoroki makes the scene really funny, Deku is called to be ‘emotional and moody’ by all the characters. Which is no doubt true but Todoroki really showed his humor side which forces you to stop and laugh for a little bit. Afterwards, right after that the scene turns into very sentimental as Lida repeats the same words Deku spoke to him earlier, “If you need to talk, I’m here. We’re friends right?”
Which causes tears to flow from Izuku eyes. Izuku tries to stop his tears because he is a hero on which Todoroki corrects him telling him heroes can cry when they need to. It’s basically, really appealing and if you need to have a strong public face then showing an emotional face is a good way. Izuku feels relaxed and comfortable, but the wait feels aggravating. Saving Eri is the only thing Izuku and Mirio has on their minds.
At night they finally receive the mail to proceed to operation.
The heroes meet again, Mirio feel energetic about it and hopefully will correct the mistake he is regretting this whole time for letting Eri escape in the first place.
Finding Eri hideout was really amazing. Nighteye observes an agent of Shie Hassaikai group trying to buy a toy in toy store and he secretly hears the discussion between the agent and the shopkeeper about dolls for little girls. He ‘helps’ the guy finding the perfect toy by declaring to be a huge fan and uses his powers on him, witnessing the future in which he carries the toy to Eri.
The Heroes and the police work together, the first thing was to get warrant to raid Hassaikai place but the enemies already anticipated and were ready for them. They are attacked right at the gate. The Dragoon hero (She become a stronger favorite second hero after she reveals her quirk and even might take the place of Eraserhead as my number one hero!) along with the students under her work-study fight the enemy who greet them at the gate.
The remainder of the crew tries to enter the building.
This is where the episode leaves us at a suspenseful spot. In the post credit scene with Overhaul, he already expected the heroes to come but not this early and he also knew the reason of their raid. So obviously heroes had to face some resistance, the heroes need to fight their way to Eri as quickly as possible because Overhaul is planning to transfer her to another location.
Let’s hope they succeed in this mission.
