The vice-captain of Toman’s second division is Hakkai Shiba. When Takashi was younger, he first met Hakkai at a playground. Hakkai was prevented from abusing a child and instructed to only use his power for defense. Tatsuya has since earned Hakkai’s esteem and is seen as a perfect brother.
Manjiro Sano:
Takashi Mitsuya and Ryuguji Ken are both close friends of Sano Manjiro. He is also known as Mikey, who is the leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Takashi holds Mikey in the highest regard and won’t ever betray him.
Takemichi Hanagaki:
The primary antagonist and the head of the first division of the Tokyo Manji gang is Takemichi. Mitsuya is a close friend of his. He holds him in high regard. In return for Takemichi’s thanks, Mitsuya also stitched him a uniform.
