Manga Turu Masak Para Maiko, Chion and the Cat Temple Gets License by Elex Media

On Monday it was declared by the Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo that it has certified manga Turu Masak Para Maiko by Aiko Koyama and manga Makoto Ojiro’s Chion and the Cat Temple. On Wednesday 1st volumes of both the mangas were dispatched.

Cat Temple

The story line of Turu Masak Para Maiko is located on the geisha quarter of Kyoto’s hanamachi. When at night geisha ends their job they stay at a small house to take a break and to get ready for another day. The story revolves around a girl named Kiyo; she belongs to Aomori and is employed in the geisha lodge in Kyoto. She has a friend named Sumire who is a trainee in geisha.

Cat Temple

In December 2016 the manga was issued in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine by Koyama. On 12 September the 11th assembled volume was issued by Shogakukan.

The story of Chion and the Cat Temple revolves around a boy named Gen who wants to lead a serene life and he chooses to get admission in a high school located in the rural side. He gets shifted to his new residence which is a temple and his relative is the owner of that place. Over there he start living with a girl named Chion who is 3 years older than him. She looks as if she is sensible enough but the truth is that she is very inattentive and sloppy.

In May 2016 the manga was issued in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Spirits magazine by Ojiro and in previous it was concluded. In previous December the 9th which was the last volume of the manga was issued by Shogakukan.
