One Piece – Luffy Defeats Kaido – How Luffy Defeated Kaido

[the_ad_group id="23498"]

The conflict between Luffy and Kaido has been going on for a number of months, but it appears that the Straw Hat captain has finally succeeded in bringing an end to the Yonko’s reign of dominance.

The war of the Wano Country got closer to being over in the last chapter of One Piece, as Luffy and Kaido fought near the skies of the Flower Capital. As expected, when most of the fights on Onigashima were over, the biggest show for the fans was Luffy vs. Kaido. Since both fighters used their most powerful moves, it was only a matter of time before the fighting ended.

Along with the fight, the last chapter was mostly about Orochi as Denjiro finally killed him. With that, the person who hurt Wano the most finally died, and Kaido, who helped him, was close to losing to Luffy. In One Piece 1049, Luffy and Kaido’s fight came to a spectacular end when the fist that had been carrying the weight of 20 years finally hit the Yonko and killed it. At the same time, it looks like the war of Onigashima is over for good, and the Fire Festival is coming to an end.

The End of Luffy Vs. Kaido

Luffy’s battle with Kaido has been going on for a long time. Since Chapter 1000 of One Piece, when they first started fighting, they have had a long, drawn-out battle in which Luffy has lost twice. Luffy was finally able to fight back against Yonko Kaido after he woke up the power of his advanced Conqueror’s Haki and then his devil’s fruit. Oda made it clear at a certain point that the fight for Wano was about more than just winning.

It is also a fight that would bring Joy boy back to the One Piece world, which is something everyone has been waiting for for 800 years. After Luffy woke up his Devil Fruit, he was able to use Gear 5th’s power. And that’s when Kaido’s end finally started. One Piece 1049 is a great ending to Kaido’s story, even though it might not seem like a big deal to some. Kaido’s main goal was to wait for the person who would eventually beat him. Kaido used to think that Oden was the man who would eventually beat him.

However, after his battle was ruined, he had no choice but to wait for Joyboy, the man Oden wanted to let into Wano. Kaido’s wish finally came true in the last chapter, when Luffy, the next Joy Boy, gave him a powerful punch. Before Luffy threw his punch, Kaido asked him what kind of world he wanted to make. This is a very interesting fact. This is interesting because it might have something to do with Luffy’s dream, which he shares with Roger.

Luffy says that his dream is to make a world where his friends never go hungry and can eat as much as they want. Luffy then hit Kaido with a powerful blow that knocked him out and sent him crashing to the ground outside the Flower Capital, ending the fight at the same time.

Kaido’s Flashback

A lot of One Piece 1049 was Kaido thinking about the past. Fans have been waiting for the flashback for a long time, and while it did come out, it wasn’t quite what people were hoping for because it was so short. Still, whatever the fans did get was pretty interesting and gave Kaido’s character a lot of depth. Kaido was 10 years old when the flashback began. He was in his home country, which was called Vodka Kingdom. From what I can tell, Kaido was a hired soldier for his country. He fought wars so that his country could stay important in the world and pay the heavenly tribute.

When he got too powerful, the country’s king sold him to the Marines. This is also related to how Kaido was introduced in Chapter 795, where the narrator said Kaido had been captured 18 times by his enemies. Kaido got caught a lot on purpose, as shown in Chapter 1049, so that he could eat and also do damage. Kaido’s time with the Rocks was also tied into the story, and the chapter showed fans how Kaido disappeared after the God Valley Incident.

After Higurashi contacted him again 10 years later, Kaido moved to Wano Country, where he has been cruelly ruling ever since. For Kaido, the only thing that mattered was making a world full of violence. At the same time, he was sure that he could have been Joy Boy at one point. However, at some point, he started to think that Joy Boy would be the person who could beat him in the end.

Even though Kaido is said to have lost seven times in his life, this chapter makes it clear that he has never lost a serious battle. This means that Kaido may have been a child when he lost, and that when he was at his best, he never lost a fight except against Luffy. Since that was the case, the only reason he stayed in Wano Country was to meet Joy Boy and lose to him. From what I could see, Kaido finally got what he wanted when Luffy’s Bajrang Gun hit him with a lot of force.

The End Of The Fire Festival

As expected, the Fire Festival in the Flower Capital is finally over, as all the Sky Boats have now flown up and both Orochi and Kaido have fallen. At the same time, Momonosuke’s Devil Fruit power let him make Flame Clouds, which helped Onigashima land safely. At the end of the chapter, both Momonosuke and Luffy were seen passing out and falling right outside the Capital.

With this, the war in Wano Country was finally over. As for the Government forces outside of Wano country, the last member of CP0 made sure to see Kaido fall and get away at the same time. It’s possible that the Government will try to take over Wano, but Zunesha is still a threat that could stop them. All in all, One Piece chapter 1049 was quite a show and did a great job of tying up loose ends for both Kaido and Luffy, the new Joy boy. Now that that’s over, the story will move on to what happens after the Wano Country arc.

Fans will now see the samurai get back together and help the hurt. At the same time, the arC will now focus on the biggest secrets about the Poneglyphs of Wano and maybe even the One Piece itself. Fans of One Piece are excited, as expected, because they might soon learn more about Laugh Tale and the great treasure of Gol D. Roger.
