An Unforgettable Tale Wraps Up

In an exciting announcement from the January 2024 issue of Shinchosha’s Comic Bunch magazine, fans learned that the beloved manga ‘I’m a Wolf, but My Boss is a Sheep!’ (Ōkami Buka-kun to Hitsuji Jōshi-san) by Shino Shimizu is concluding. The final chapter is set to be released in the magazine’s next issue, precisely on December 21.

A Whimsical Workplace Saga

Oogami, a diligent salaryman at a bedding company, navigates his days with routine precision. He diligently completes his tasks, maintains a low profile, and harbors an intense crush on his stunning supervisor. However, his life turns topsy-turvy when he’s reassigned directly under his crush’s department, presenting both a dream and a dilemma. The twist? He’s a real wolf amidst a flock of sheep employees! This setup spirals into a humorous and heartwarming tale of love and identity.

Shimizu initiated this quirky narrative back in September 2020 within the pages of Comic Bunch magazine. Since then, Shinchosha has compiled and released four volumes of this popular manga, with the latest being published on April 7. Adding to the manga’s international appeal, Seven Seas Entertainment has made the series available globally, releasing the third volume last July and scheduling the fourth for a March 26 release.
