The Anime NYC 2023 event treated fans to an exciting revelation—the new trailer for “The Demon Prince of Momochi House.” This highly-anticipated series also had an exclusive early premiere at the convention, building anticipation for its official release on January 5, 2024.
The Demon Prince at Momochi House New Trailer
The trailer provides a glimpse into the enchanting world of the series, featuring the opening song “Winter Cherry” by Yoh Kamiyama and the mesmerizing ending theme “Aiyue” performed by Muto. Directed by Nobuo “Bob” Shirahata, the anime is brought to life by Studio Drive.
The cast includes:

The anime adaptation is based on Aya Shouoto’s manga series, Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji (The Demon Prince at Momochi House). Published by Kadokawa Shoten from 2019 to 2023, the manga consists of 16 volumes. Viz Media serialized the English version of the manga and described the plot as follows:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate that she’s never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spiritual realms, and Himari is meant to act as a guardian between the two worlds. However, on the day she moves in, she finds three handsome squatters already living in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
