An April 19th, 2022 thread revealed that the next chapter would be called “The Capital’s Sky” or “The Sky of the Capital,” depending on the citation used. In chapter 1,047, we see an earlier version of Kozuki Momonosuke time-traveling in Oden’s burning castle. Meanwhile, Luffy is engaged in combat with Kaido, and he employs the “Gomu Gomu no Thunder” technique.
One of Luffy’s fists is as big as the castle on Onigashima, and he uses it to knock Kaido off his feet. The subreddit member claims that Luffy’s fist is as large as a castle, and then expands his claim to include Luffy’s command to Momonosuke to defend Onigashima.
