The new chapter of Dragon Ball Super Manga has been released! Dragon Ball Super is being featured in V-Jump magazine every month. Although we all expected the new chapter to be delayed but to our surprise, Chapter 59 was published in the latest issue. Let us discuss the important events of the previous chapter before getting on the spoilers of the upcoming chapter.
The Dragon Ball Super ended at Universe Survival Saga but the manga is still in continuation in which we are at Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. Galactic Patrol Prison has been escaped by many prisoners and a wizard, Moro is one of these prisoners who is very powerful and have strange magical abilities. He has been imprisoned in Galactic Patrol Prison ever since he caused damage to Universe 7. When the seal on his powers had broken, he was able to get out of the prison.
In the previous chapter, we saw a battle between Moro and Ultra Instinct Goku. This fight is very important as the whole universe depends on the outcome of this battle. Goku attacks Moro and even though it was very powerful but it didn’t cause any damage to Moro. Moro seems to be familiar with his fighting technique and was able to resist his magic. Goku uses Kamehameha wave but Moro tricks him by using an illusion which Goku detects and strike a wave to counter it.
Moro’s biggest strength is to absorb the energy but it doesn’t seem to affect Goku as his striking speed is too fast as Ultra Instinct. We get to know that absorbing energy makes him more powerful. It’s because of the energy from the planets which he has absorbed so far, that made him so powerful. Moro unleashes his strength. He uses an explosion to divert and strangles him. That’s when Goku’s weakness has exposed that he has not completely learned this technique. It was the sign of Ultra Instinct.
In the final scene, Goku indicated that he has been resisting to preserve the stamina as Merus suggested but it might not affect Moro. Moro seems to be completely fine. At first, he was surprised to see so much power as Ultra-Instinct but then he was able to fight that and resist it by boosting up his power as his powers are beyond any limits. Goku might have to transform into Gray Hair Form of Ultra Instinct that he has used before with Jiren. But we can’t say if it will be effective.
We can’t guess anything that could happen next. If Goku would have completely mastered this new technique he might have defeated Moro but if Moro can fight against Gray Form as well then what else can defeat him? We might get to know in the next chapter which will be released on 20th May 2020.
