Kakushigoto is the story about manga Kakushi Gotou who is excellent in his job of creating manga with obscene jokes. He is working on the manga with the same genra and trying his best to hide it from his innocent little daughter, Hime Gotou who has no idea about what her father really does for living. There are some moments when she almost caught her father working on it but her father always keeps her from knowing the truth.
The Kakushigoto refers to secret between the father and his daughter.

Kakushi Gotou (VA: Hiroshi Kamiya)
Kakushi is a mangaka is a single father and loves his only daughter, Hime. He is known for some of his obscene manga which include Kintamashimashi and presently he is working on his latest manga “Kaze no Taitsu” which is also of the same genra and contain adult content. His manga is also featured in a Weekly Shounen Magazine. He tries his best to hide his manga and its content from his cute little daughter.
Hime Gotou (VA: Rie Takahashi)
Hime is the daughter of Kakusha and studies in 4th grade. She has straight bangs which symbolizes her character in terms of appearance. She care for her father and very considerate towards him. Although her father keeps his manga away from her and it is a secret between the two, they have caught up in some situations where the secret was almost exposed and she might know or not know the truth.
Originally it is created by Kouji Kumeta. The anime is directed by Yuta Murano and the script is written by Takashi Aoshima. The series is composed by Takashi Aoshima, wheres characters have been designed by Shuhei Yamamoto. Kohei Honda is the animation director and the sound director is Ryosuke Naya.
