Anime Movie’s Megumi Ogata: Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Dialogue Recording Is All But Finished

On Tuesday Megumi Ogata the voice over artist of the leading character Shinji Ikari of the franchise Evangelion stated on her Twitter account that the recording of the dialogues of the movie Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 is all but ended. She included a proviso that creation has not yet completely finished as there are still retakes left to do, and that she despite everything has an extraordinary individual experience left to manage. She vowed to put forth a valiant effort until the film opens, up to the absolute a minute ago.

On June 27 the new movie Evangelion by Studio Khara will be released in Japan.

Last July the primary 10 minutes and 40 seconds of the movie was premiered by Studio Khara. The video was screened in Paris by the Japan Expo event at the Yoko Takahashi x Evangelion Stage presentation. In Los Angeles the video was also screened at the Anime Expo after the screening of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo and it was also screened in Shanghai in between the Evangelion event in Jing’an District. Also the video was screened in Japan on six different locations.

Last March it was declared by Studio Khara that the recording of dialogues had been started for the Evangelion: 3.0+1.0.

In 2007, 2009, and 2012 all of the primary three movies Evangelion: 1.0 You Are [Not] Alone, Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance, and Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo of the trilogy was premiered correspondingly.

Last June the original television anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion and also the movies Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth and Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion was started to be telecast by Netflix .
