Chapter 972 is the most awaited chapter of The Piece as it will tell the fate of Oden Kozuki and end the epic flashback arc. In the previous chapter Oden Kozuki surprised us with his courageous decision and change the perception we had before. We learned why he danced naked which was his attempt to save the people of Wano. He didn’t care about how he is being perceived by the people as all he cared about was his people. Kaidou agreed on giving him a chance but in one condition, to survive for 60 minutes in the boiling oil. By the end of the chapter 4 minutes had been passed and luckily Oden was alive but he is injured. How long will he able to endure it? It was a phenomenal chapter.

The official spoilers of chapter 972 of One Piece has been revealed and it is as expected, a great chapter. He will survive in the pot for 60 minutes but Kurozumi Orochi will not fulfill his promise and will change the execution. Oden will throw away the block of wood on which he carried all his people while longing for them to live.

His companions will survive. But Oden will be killed by Kaidou while talking to him. Kozuki Toki will get his hands on a letter which is written by Oden in which he tells that he wishes for his companions to be sent 20 years in the future as someone will be there who will kill Kaido. Toki sobs after reading the letter and tears it into pieces. This is how the flashback will end and we will get back in the present.

One Piece is written by a renowned mangaka of Japan, Eiichiro Oda. The manga started featuring in Sheisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in late 90s. The manga was adapted into anime in 1999. The story of One Piece revolves around Monkey D Luffy who wants to be the leader of all pirates. Luffy mistakenly devour a Devil Fruit that makes his flexible but he can’t swim anymore. After a decade, in search of his crew he heads to the sea. He also looks for the legendary treasure of ex-Pirate leader, Gol D, called the One Piece.
